4 Eggs
2/3 Cup Rice Flour
1/3 Cup Corn Flour / Corn Starch
3/8 Cup Whole Milk
1/8 Vegetable Oil
1/4 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Vanilla Essence
1/2 Cup gr. Fine Sugar
1 Tsp White vinegar

Preheated Oven: 300f
Baking temperature: 300f
Baking Time: 35 minutes
After 35 minutes, increase the temperature to 350 and continue baking for another 3 minutes without opening the oven.
Baking time may vary depending on the type and accuracy of your oven.

1) Seperate egg whites and yolks
2) add a teaspoon of vinagar to the egg white
3) slowly add the sugar white beating egg whites until stiff peaks
4) Add the egg yolks slowly with a stiring and banging of whisk
5) Sift in the flour and corn starch and salt (in three parts folding it in)
6) Add the milk oil venella
7) Fold that in slowly with a spoon and bake in a 18cm spring form
